Outside of routine special occasions and travel, I aim to only (or at least mainly) eat variations of the below meals. It is important to have variety in your nutrition. It also important, however, to maintain steady doses of vitamins and nutrients. I strongly prefer food over supplements, and therefore the recipes below are designed to hit as many of the daily recommended doses of required vitamins and nutrients as possible, whislt also achieving simplicity and reliability. I have curated ingredients that I can find consistently, fairly cheaply (for most), and that I can either freeze, or replenish without resistance.
As far as I can tell, all of my essential nutritional requirements are included across all of the meals below, and I am to include them in my daily nutrition. If I fast, I try to sandwich the fasts between doses of the below. If you have any recommendations or questions, reach out.
